“Through the Emerging Leader program, I built a strong network of colleagues working across the Queensland VET sector. Having this diverse network of professionals with different experiences and contacts to talk with has enabled me to broaden my knowledge and connections across the state, and I have found myself reaching out to this network frequently, though regular peer mentorship catch ups, or to seek specialised professional advice from others with different skills and experience.”
